Complete the Noor Racing or SWS entry form and pay the relevant fee at the Noor Racing Reception 7 days before the race.
All entries are to be submitted to & received by the Organizer 7 days before the race event date.
Any entry not accompanied by the relevant fee shall be null and void. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entries submitted after the 7-day deadline, although late entries may be accepted at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

The official entry form with all the drivers’ details is submitted to the organisers fully completed.
Passport copy (original or JPEG scan) of all competitors is provided to organizers, 7 days before the event.
A down payment of 50% has been paid to Noor Racing on a first come first served basis. Until this down payment is received, the team entry is not confirmed. If the 100% payment is not received before the event, the team does not race.
The 50% balance of the entry fee is paid at least one week prior to the race event entered.

Minimum Age/Weight
Minimum age for endurance championship is 14 years old. Participants turning 13 years old during the 2025 Season will be permitted to race, provided that these Participant’s aged below 18 years of age, be ‘either’ the holder of a valid FIA or FAA Race license. If the driver is under 18, he or she must have an authorisation in writing from a parent or guardian to participate. Drivers must meet the minimum height of 140 cm. Teams with drivers aged less than 15 years old on the day of the race, cannot score SWS Championship points as per the official SODI WORLD SERIES REGULATIONS. However, teams with drivers aged less than 15 years old, can continue to score & collect Endurance Championship points.
All Drivers who fall below the minimum weight of 85 kg will only have to carry a maximum of 30 kg inside the kart to meet the minimum requirement. Note: Seat Inserts are not considered part of the ‘driver’s weight’ during Driver’s Official weigh in.
